Following on from a vinyl only album alongside Da Funksta, Thylacinus returns with a similar yet different flavour with new album 'Dream Caffeine'.

The title was chosen as a reflection of the tracks themselves; ten offerings of dream inducing, atmospheric, thought provoking chill vibes with dashes of dub, jazz, funk and soul.

Dream Caffeine opens up with the seductive vibes of 'Penthouse Seduction' and 'Cafe Del Groove', leading into the atmospheric grooves of both 'Between The Signs' and 'Illusion Of Grandeur'; 'Three Ways' offers a funky interlude before the deep and jazzy and funkalicious 'Malbec' and 'Miss Them' make an appearance. Then entering the fray are the atmospheric, ethereal sunshine vibes of 'Santorini', arguably one of the standout tracks on the album. Another deep and jazzy track in the form of 'Summer Thoughts' is up next and closing the album is an ode to the passing of one of Thylacinus' old time school friends, entitled 'Procession'.
