Urban Underground EP

A 3 track deep house ep (20m 22s) — released April 3rd 2020 on Adaptation Music

Smitty & Davenport return to to the label with their second EP entitled 'Urban Underground EP' following on from the successful 'Rebirth EP' late last year.

The uniquely titled 'Ummhmm' kicks off the EP, a serious deep jackin house track reminiscent of the timeless early Classic Music and Tyrant sound of the mid 2000s. Next up is 'Mad Bass', once again another serious deep number with a retro late night vibe that chugs along nicely. Last but not least is funky and melodic 'Street Beat', completing another fine EP from the Californian duo.

Smitty & Davenport are no strangers to the scene, recently launching their own imprint 'Mindloop Music' after having been producing, remixing and releasing music for over 20 years on labels such as Guesthouse, EMI, Geisha Music, Doubledown and Jamayka with their music supported by the likes of Mark Farina, DJ Heather, Ben Watt and many more.
