The 74th instalment on Adaptation Music comes from Prague duo Cubik & Checo Zac in the form of the brilliant 'Prague Nights EP' which includes a stellar remix from Silver City.

Opening the EP is Silver City's marvellous rework of 'Dumb But Beautiful' which combines nu-disco and deep house, utilising the 80s post punk era style vocal to full effect and is certainly not one to be missed. Following that is the superb original version which offers a huge crossover appeal and oozes timeless quality. Closing the EP is the original version of 'Crank Up The Volume' which is a main room early 90s vibe perfect for the dancefloor.

Cubik is a regular and well known figure on Prague's DJ circuit, having been on the scene for over 20 years. During this time he has also played further afield in Germany, England, Portugal, Poland and various other places whilst continuing with multiple DJ residencies in his hometown of Prague, Czech Republic. Aside from DJing, Cubik has released on numerous labels since 2011 such as High Pro-File, Doppelganger and Tretmuehle.

Checo Zac has been involved in music for a long while also but only ventured into the world of house music around five years ago. His collaborations with Cubik have seen him release music on Deepwave, Dilematic and Solstice to name but a few, whilst also DJing alongside Cubik at several of his residencies. Outside of the realms of house music, Checo Zac has worked on music for independent films, documentaries, theatre and more.

Needing little introduction, Silver City are undoubtedly the best house music duo in both musical performance and production to hail from Argentina. Over the years, their music has been released on numerous labels including the heavyweight imprints 20:20 Vision, Soma and Global Underground. Silver City had huge success with their remix of 'Speed Of Soul' on Adaptation in 2011 and their rework of 'Dumb But Beautiful' follows in the same vein and will no doubt be just as well received.
